Our stacks have high power and power density, and excellent durability. Stacks with power ratings ranging from 40 to 210 kW can be customized
High power density
With an ultra-thin mass transfer bipolar plate and a high-performance membrane electrode with low platinum loading, a high volumetric power density of 5.15kW/L can be achieved
Long service life
After applying a durable anti-reverse electrode membrane electrode and a highly conductive corrosion-resistant coated bipolar plate, the service life of the stack could reach 15,000 h
Wide temperature range
Cold start at -30℃ without external heating and storage at -40℃~60℃, which could meet the operation requirements in different scenarios
High reliability
The stacks have passed standard vehicle shock and vibration resistance tests, IP67 waterproof and dustproof tests, insulation tests, etc.
Modular design
The power level based on the modular design concept can cover 40-210kW to meet various scenarios

In 2021, the product was designated as an "Advanced Technical Product in the Key Fields of Jiangsu's Automobile Industry" and was included in the Catalogue of Major Innovative Technologies and Products of Key New Energy Vehicle (NEV) Enterprises in Jiangsu Province (2021)

Independently built and well-matched stacks are highly integrated and perform well. The products complement logistical vehicles, sanitation vehicles, muck trucks, buses, large passenger vehicles, etc
High integration
Integrated end plate and the combined intercooler and humidifier technology result in a mass power density greater than 700W/kg
High efficiency
The system's max. efficiency is 60%, hydrogen utilization rat is >98%, effectively increasing the pure hydrogen cruising range.
Long endurance
Idle start-stop control and high voltage clamp control could increase stack durability and extend its designed life. (Longer than 12,000h)
Vehicle grade
Apply to various circumstances, including complex vehicle operations, and meets vehicle-grade criteria for dust, water, vibration, and impact resistance

The conventional lithium-ion battery's seperator and electrolyte are entirely replaced by sulfide solid electrolyte, which solves the problem of limited cruising range and safety risks, and provides an ideal energy storage strategy for new energy vehicle.
